Alex Castillo is an American actor based in Chicago. Castillo has appeared in dozens of film and television productions, most notably as death row inmate Victor Jimenez co-starring opposite Academy Award nominee Alfre Woodard in "Clemency", Chinonye Chukwu's Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning death row drama. Castillo is currently seen recurring as LA County Sheriff's Detective Gene Santana opposite Titus Welliver in Amazon Prime Video's "Bosch Legacy" based on Michael Connelly's #1 New York Times best seller book series.
